There was water damage and the carpet was removed and mildew on the walls so the bottom portion of two walls was also removed.Since there is no closet and window it can only be utilized as storage.

.- Normal sliding closet door in Master Bedroom.- Electric Appliance, only water heater is gas.- Garage is attach to the house, but you have to walk out the side door and get in the house via front door.I could flip or rent, if I rent, I would get 9.5% Cash on Cash return, not including vacancies & repairs.

Esp when they have friends stay over.I installed a 2nd bathroom in the older daughters (expanded) walk-in closet just to avoid the shared bathroom drama.With today's mtg rates & the opportunity of packaging your home in the sale of the less appealing/adjoining properties I wouldn't think twice.

Look upstairs, downstairs, closets etc. to see how much junk you will have to move.One tenant I made the mistake of not inspecting upstairs and the down stairs didn't have much in it.

We got to the end of the project and we’d spent so much money and put so much sweat into the house that there were details that we did not take care of such as replacing all of the closet doors, fixing deteriorated carport support poles, replacing bedroom door knobs, among other items.

I always just assumed it was two single bedroom units, but the town records show it as 4 bedrooms total.Each unit has full kitchen, full bathrooms, and two additional rooms same size with closets in both.I thought, you use 1 room as a bedroom, 1 as a living room.Or, do I advertise this as a 2 bedroom with no living room?
