So while I can't claim to speak for every financial institution out there, it's a very broad survey, finding an option not contained there might involve making quite a few phone calls.When I see 30 year fixed, 30 year amortization, 30 year maturity (basically, identical terms to a consumer-friendly kid-gloves home loan), which does in fact pop up if I specifically search for it, it's almost always at a rather high interest rate, and the borrower doesn't opt for it.

Alleged Payment Plan: no lender will move forward without sending a letter to them.Evictions: make a list of the cities showing up on the background check and then log into the corresponding court websites to see if any landlord-tenant cases pop up. 

The only things I feel I need to consider is we will be planning on getting married and I have to pop the big question.

I keep seeing it pop up on lists, and it's seen a recent tourism boost, so I think it's worth exploring for those who are narrowing down destinations.

Fix it up, rent for a year or two until it pops, than sell and take profits to buy a couple of the same type deals.

I do this anyway because I've been doing a lot of door-knocking to find new clients, and it's pretty interesting to see what kinds of gems pop up when you aren't just looking at a Google map.

I doubt any basic Mom and Pop flippers are getting discounts on materials.
