Hello Everyone,My name is Chris Johnson and I was born and raised in the beautiful pacific northwest, and I am looking to make a change in my life and I think that real-estate investing just may be that thing.I have spent the better part of the last 16 years working in construction.

There was a very different general  on the Western front than there was on the Pacific front. 

Used to visit the Georgia-Pacific facility up there pretty regularly.

Same time, same topic: 4:00 PM Pacific, 5:00 Mountain, 6:00 Central and 7:00 Eastern.

They even insured a duplex with Fed Pacific boxes for me at a pretty decent price.

Pacific Northwest (message me for details).Purpose of Financing? 

@Kevin Barry If the panel is a Federal Pacific one (Not sure if that is the same as an FPE) you definitely need to swap out the panel.

Located SE of Tacoma Mall between I-5 and Pacific Ave.

It's VERY important actually, as you'll glean from what's below...IMHO, if you own property close enough to the Pacific Ocean to enjoy any of the coastal climate that we enjoy, unless it's the absolute last option, don't sell for a loss.
