I am really appreciating that folks like you are sharing their experiences and train of thoughts, which helps me tremendously to better position ourselves at this market.

I had a whole incubator program I called "0-Hero" where I would train a person in everything, literally everything, from 0, and promoted best part was no buyer-list needed or struggle to find $ because that was me, done, ready to go just do the steps. 

It's convenient because they live on-site.

Much of the federal land out here in the west is used as range land for ranchers, oil and gas extraction, logging, mining, military training, recreation and conservation areas, etc. so it's not like it's not being used.

The important thing is that you can only count your time spent coordinating, managing, or overseeing work, not the GC’s time on-site.

If you are a landlord in California, I highly recommend you join the California Apartment Association for training, forms, and other resources.2.

USPS contract workers building a robot to sort mail, Travel Nurses, Professionals relocating, A medical group rotating out their new surgical Dr. residents for training in jax  :) A husband of 33 years that got pushed out by his wife - hoping to go back.. but he is still renting from us ...yikes - no judgment! 

Pacific Modern Homes is a great example - we built one of their kits in the 1990's and it was beautiful/ really minimized labor and scrap onsite.

Now we have really shifted our focus to growing the lending side i was curious to see if any Tx. based wholesalers needed training/mentoring. 

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.
