I think you owe your client - especially those who are new to real estate - the duty to help them find the house that is right for them, whether it be traditional sale,Unless you are voilating Fair Housing Laws (Descrimination based on: race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, and national origin; blockbusting; steering), I don't see any legal obligation to show a property or obligation to do business with a potential client.

Account ClosedHousing discrimination is discrimination based on protected class status, variously including race, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, national origin, sexual orientation and gender identity, marital status, or veteran status, in the realm of housing and real estate.so again, if you make the unmarried couple have 3x each, then the college kids need 3x each, and the married couple needs 3x each... be fair and consistent.

This may all be true, however, it does not change the fact that you are owed the rent.I had the mormon church pay for one of my tenants once several years back.

lets put some context to this.. the average American citizen looking to buy a home to live in or for a rental will have their loan app go through one of the software programs.. no where in those software programs is it mandatory to disclose Race religion etc.
