It was about 7 different properties under the same guy (deceased) equaling roughly 300 acres of great land; however, looking more closely today, it’s just for mineral rights and I don’t know if that’s the best place to put my time and money and leads to so many more questions about tax liens haha!

@Karl B N.E Florida has tons of woods, forests, springs and lakes... just saying ..I heard someone say Colorado is difficult with its mineral rights and water supply ability and allowability to dig a well ?
