If your friend owns the mineral rights that property might actually be more valuable than "just" undeveloped land.

It was about 7 different properties under the same guy (deceased) equaling roughly 300 acres of great land; however, looking more closely today, it’s just for mineral rights and I don’t know if that’s the best place to put my time and money and leads to so many more questions about tax liens haha!

As you know The Mexican state grants a mining concession (a permit to explore and exploit minerals in the subsoil) so I have 3 gold mines in store but no idea how to sell it, any ideas?...

For the past two years, I have been a rotational engineer (2weeks on, 1 off) in mineral acquisitions, based out of Denver.

For example, there may be issues with water or mineral rights, liens on the property, tax implications, etc.

@Karl B N.E Florida has tons of woods, forests, springs and lakes... just saying ..I heard someone say Colorado is difficult with its mineral rights and water supply ability and allowability to dig a well ?
