i debated to reply but i will only add a few comments to those that are considering themselves as "experts" on what PACE is teaching...

Of course, you won't listen to this common sense because you know more than everyone else here on BP and will have to learn the hard way.So, recommend you find and attend some local investor meetings or commit to watching all the videos and reading all the material here on BP that you can.Good luck:)Not the reply I expected considering asking questions is a part of the learning process but thanks for your insight!

I didn’t respond to your negative post to win an argument—I replied to encourage him and others not to give up on a dream just because one person may feel it’s not achievable.Listen, have you ever considered that maybe you and even a few others may be wrong?

Then there are plenty of replies that you don't need it, as all you need a good insurance.I have a business in a LLC, not for anonymity or risk aversion.
