When I went to his home/office at his request, he tried bullying me and used a tirade of language Richard Pryor would blush at.I eventually was able to get him to realize it wasn't going to work and he ended up giving us the whole thing back.

They didn't have to look, weren't directed to it and when some asked a question as a few would, my answer was that I'm not an attorney and I can't give legal advice to title issues.You'd think that those at the auction would be closed lipped, but no, someone would ask a question and someone else would often answer them in a rather matter of fact way.

They told him no.I called them and confronted the guy and he told me his employee didn't know and that they were telling people about her place.... lip service....The apartment had previously emailed my daughter who her roommate was and her contact info.
