We can't just run around refinancing people that are in 30 year fixed mortgages at 1% into higher rate 30 year fixed mortgages, that would start to look very predatory very quickly, so set your lender up for a slow-ball pitch to knock out of the park.

You'll learn about persuasion, presentation, negotiation and marketing and enough about bookkeeping to be able to find a CPA later, and it will help you be an even better real estate agent.Even if you only knock out 2-4 classes a year, you will eventually finish, and it's an important checkbox to get your resume read if you ever need to pick up additional income or benefits with a day job.

Front unit: vacant - renovations-knock out spanish style arches in hallway openings - it's the only remnant of the spanish style in the house, might as well get rid of that too...makes the doorways feel cramped.
