It's not illegal to have the ability to remember what cards have been played, constantly recalculate odds, and adjust your play accordingly, but it removes most of the advantage the casino has.

That may not happen soon.I believe the stock market is a casino to those who do not take advantage of market timing, granted it is still a risk because it could theoretically go down to zero, but we all know that is not going to happen since our retirement plans are predominately invested in equities.
