My property has gates all around, the only way a child will have access to our yard is from the fence of this vacant house as it will continue to fall.

We priced it to market right out of the gate, so it isn't overpriced.There are a few issues - the neighborhood isn't great and the house is a lot nicer than its surroundings.

I want to take the leap right to of the gate so I am forced to learn on the fly. i know only some thing you can learn through doing.

Hello All,  I am out shopping for an affordable property insurance for a 27 unit gated complex in Austin Texas.I have owned it close to 10 years with zero loss runs and 0 claims.

In this case we took a floating product out of the gate on a 7 unit building because the bank made us a very attractive offer.

I want to start with 2-4 plexes as to not jump into commercial loans right out of the gate, and as I move up the learning curve, invest in commercial properties with more units.

Suggest you focus on very private person or restricted HOA(gated).
