There have always been fake reviews out there. 

It's a struggle.In my business, I am inundated with shiny objects that promise to make my business run better, faster, produce more income, etc.

First of all - most people (including real estate investors) are lazy and will always gravitate towards promises of quick returns / passive income promises.But also - what you are describing is something that AirDNA does extremely well and automated - it can be a little pricy, but way way more effective and accurate to do this with that tool - highly recommended

We had a GC give us a fake ROC number and walk off with about $50,000 after a few projects of working together before we fired him. 

That's promising and has me buying properties once again. 

A growing market and a very promising area!

Agreed, I was too lazy to run the numbers yet, being dissuaded by the not so promising prospects in either option.
