@Jay HinrichsAfter the closing keynote they announced the location of BP2025 and Jay will be happy to hear it is in Las Vegas (he has advocated for Las Vegas at least a few times).I will say I enjoyed the lower attendance of this year compared to Orlando.

My wife and I have enjoyed the MTR strategy for about 4 years now, and I think it is a viable way to "do" real estate, but it is definitely an acquired taste that not everyone is going to enjoy.MTR isn't quite LTR, and it isn't quite STR, and it definitely isn't just merging the two together.
