I don't think the sellers agent does much. maybe take pictures and "review" the contract... the buyers agent is the one that shows the property and the one that draft the contract.

Today my rate differential would be a doubling of rates so my LTV may be at all time low.  

Certainty in this industry is merely an illusory facade - costs and timelines often exceed expectations by double.

He abandoned trying to scale.Learning from this experience when my partner and I decided we wanted to double our net income, we realized it would take a increase of 2 1/2 time our volume and probably need to triple our deal flow.

We just needed pictures of the 3rd Apt Unit, which he said was not possible at the last moment. 

Everything matters, from picture quality to online presence.

So a lot of little guys like me are paying double for their money.

I find LG TV's have great picture quality but the interface is kinda funky. 

Take a look at the overall picture, i.e. credit score, debts etc.. to make a decision.
