Although we did give him and yet another mentor ship group a chance to show us what it’s all about, we weren’t interested.

If the daughter lives far away and that’s where her job is it could possibly qualify as a hard ship.

@Hunter Eidmann I don’t know of websites that show where renting is not available but I don’t know that sometimes HOAs will not allow renting or other covenants in the areas.

If they could get out of their own way of their own regulation or reduce them for developers and charities to be able to build housing from say shipping containers,  or in older commercial buildings without having to do a full upgrade to modern standards.   

I have an idea of buying an empty lot in the city and putting 3 or 4 shipping container apartments on it.

Obviously thats not perfect but the homes all looked well kept and the stores and shipping options seemed good as well.  

They offer new appliances that were damaged in shipping to the box stores or the box store has too much in inventory. 

I didn't want to wait the time it takes for a large amount to be printed and shipped.

When you are shipped to next duty station look again.  

Get an affidavit of heir ship and a deed from a relative and record it.
