That would be located at the county Viatal Statistics department.Whomever filled it out (relative, sibling, son, daughter, etc.) will be your first point of contact or if you since you know of the owner's name check to see if a probate case has been filed.Probate laws vary from state to state and my understanding is the property is going to have to go through the court probate process.

Parents, friends, siblings?

With eleven children (7 biological and an adopted sibling set of 4), we knew that we could not pay for college.

Also, the home is in the seller's sibling name so how would the seller go about getting the title put in their name?

Maybe a well off parent, sibling, or friend.

A friend of mine has been going thru this exact same thing , except it started as 3 siblings owning the property .

If you have siblings then giving advise to you may be like walking on thin ice.

Maybe ask the nephew if he could put you in contact with ALL the children of the other 4 siblings who passed and ask them too for quit claims.
