Coders overseas know many businesses want something for cheap cost so they slam out junk with lots of bugs and then charge them over time to fix it.So when you build software the money has to come from somewhere.

I invest in the Maryland area ( Not Baltimore )  and there is no such thing as a house let alone a duplex for less than $200K and thats cheap and usually a total gut or even a tear down . 

For my personal home, I went cheap and bought nice but inexpensive Costco tub that runs on 110v, takes 1-2 days to come up to temp depending on time of year, and I had no perspective on the speed of 220v units. 

I also want them to understand ME and my vision: my homes are there for women who WANT recovery and will WORK for it-we're not just a cheap place to live in SoCAL with all utilities paid.
