There could be strategy in timing if you go to city council or chamber of commerce meetings for instance and have inside knowledge of a major employer leaving or something.

@Cameron Chambers  since condos are gettig a lot of love on this thread so far, I'll give you a contrasting opinion...1) Unless you are on the strata council / condo corp, changes can be made to your unit's costs or use without your consent. 

@Cameron Chambers I'd suggest that its more regional and state-level than closer to main city.

At least where I am they can not do jury trials, no way to space the folks 6 feet apart in the courtroom or deliberation chamber.
