Account Closed  I was  a part time investor.. different reasons:I had to keep a day job for loans and credit score, I needed the income to keep flips going ( holding costs etc) I had dishonest people on my team which had more financial implications.  

I know you mentioned you don't see much like that on the market in the 300k range - did you mean Athmar specifically, or perhaps this is a dishonest listing that doesn't show the true condition of the property?

I'd like to help this nice couple (landlords) to evict their irresponsible rude dishonest tenants before this upcoming winter, because if they will not move out now, they will most likely end up staying over the winter, which they already seem to have planned on doing - to keep taking advantage of this older couple and not pay them rent!!!

They're dishonest, their thieves, incompetent and some of the worst business people on the planet!

A lot of investors are unfortunately learning that they are being scammed by unprofessional and dishonest PM's in more ways than one.  

Contractors turnover, overcharged by a dishonest plumber, first tenant was really bad, etc.

I could go on and on, but the world of wholesalers is crawling with dishonest operators who steal equity from sellers and stick it in their pocket.My most recent interaction with a wholesaler was to slam the brakes on a deal. 

My question is what are some of the measures I can put in place throughout the application process and when I decide on tenants to safe guard my investment during COVID-19 and dishonest tenants who are looking for opportunity to use the system to get a pass?

I have seen people deceived/hurt by dishonest wholesalers.
