Not sure why it takes them 4-6 business days to process a payment when the typical ACH transaction is cleared in 3-4 business days.  

Just wondering if anyone else is having these issues with their IRA custodian and recommendations that you might have as to how to address it.In the last 6 months these have all happened to me:1) Checks being sent to wrong people for purchase of assets.2) Tax bill sent to me that was really the tax bill for the custodian's office.3) Monthly recurring payment suddenly not paid one month.4) Taking 5 or more business days to credit incoming funds from a sold asset.5) Assets missing from my list of holdings.

Some great business cards are AMEX Plum (used as a trade credit line that offers 1.5% cash back on all purchases if paid off within 10 business days).  

The only headache is the $25.00 check to Sunbiz that can take up to 15 business days to clear.

I'm not necessarily going to see it until that business day.

Getting my money back is a matter of signing a notice of termination and waiting the 3-5 business days to get my money.Since you seem new at this I will share a huge mistake I made with my first 1031.
