If the utility providers, or even General Contractors have issue with this, most states allow for up to a certain amount to be charged as a flat rate for utility usage alongside their rent.

Unfortunately that degree is much more labor intensive and it’s tough to do that alongside an already full time career.

So confused like everyone else here, I can understand it having cost attached to fix,but if it is the joists that have been cut for some strange reason and they are now not carrying there specified load onto the bearers, you should be able to laminate new joists along side of said cut joists ie: nailing new timber to carry the load to the bearers and picking up the load.

No one minds coming along side someone taking action but it's hard are find people who have time for someone who isn't or hasn't done anything.

Maybe the best bet for me at this point is to try to work along side a syndicator, even though I have zero interest in syndicating a deal myself (just my personality) but the time is a tough commitment to me. 

Whenever we purchase a property we must hold it maintain but it's difficult to handle everything together like organization or job, household, particular works alongside managing hire home so for that people employ home manager or property administration company.
