HML facilities are pretty cut and dry.but the borrowing against our notes was when I was in the Land and Timber business.. we would log a track  sell it to a home owner on contract but it would take a year or two for them to go through planning get their house designed etc.. and then when construction loan was ready we would get taken out.Generally when we did these the logs paid for the dirt so we owned the property free and clear and would sell the parcels for 150 to 300k ( our profit)  but could not run our machine collecting 2k a month in a payment so we would borrow 50% against them at our bank still positive cash flow and had the money to buy another timber track.. as these were generally all cash purchases..I suppose those that do the brrr with owner financing could run the same model.. ???

@Spencer StevensTravel expenses for rental properties are deductible, but there are caveats.Save all of your receipts and keep a log of the business activity that was done during the travel. 

The BP app seems really bad..too many things to go into detail.....I avoid it and have to log in each time with chrome...I have better experience  from.laptop than phone..Is it on my end? 

You take a picture, and it logs the date, a description, the vendor, etc. 

It includes scheduling, budgets, job logs, time clock for employees, etc and a great support staff.

Will keep a good log so I can report back.

Some people actually log on to help other people AFTER reading their question.

The 404 error when trying to log into my account started happening a few weeks ago, and it happens like 2-3 times a week.  

My wife grew up without running water or electricity in a make-shift cabin situated on a logging deck in western Montana.

@Michael Zack You should be able to "join" and once you do that, are able to access the forms once you log in
