Turns out it was Deutsche Bank or DB as I will now refer to them as...Between them and Service Link, I felt like I was in a funhouse at a carnival, but I did close last Thursday and am well into my rehab!

i live in the caribbean and just about to start out on my journey of fixing and flipping i'm starting my realtors licence in sept this year and i wanted to know if it would be easier for me to just wait until i complete the licence so i wont have to get conned by agents and their commissions when i can just sell it myself i'm looking at residential real estate to start and then move on from there. needs some advice.asapFrancois

I totally agree about Airbnb saturation, and with Tripadvisors'/Flipkey's massive customer service issues on both the renter and owner side, not having a solid property management company in place could be devastating.That being said, nothing can replace natural beauty, ease of travel to and from is incredibly easy from anywhere on the east coast, so the allure will remain.One thing I will say that would most certainly and quite seriously hamper tourism in PR, and pretty much most of the Caribbean, a lifted embargo with Cuba.

Interesting article...https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/08/1-in-5-millennials...Most of those we rent to can't wait to buy their own homes but are saddled with student debt, auto leasing & must have Caribbean vacations.Then again some simply prefer to move to the hot downtown, minimal street parking, high rent smaller units/$ areas to be close to the $15 martini 'action'.
