I have to assume that your realtor listed it the Multiple Listing Network (MLS)?  

Put your number on the national do not call list. https://www.donotcall.gov/Takes 2-3 months to kick in.

Perhaps take a look at:  https://www.loopnet.com/ and see which types of commercial lease listings interest you and from there take inventory of which brokerage and listing agents are prominently features in the space that interests you.

I use Furnished Finder and Airbnb for our listings in Philly.

In this market, I would definitely list with an agent and not do FSBO. 

Listings are on their own company web page or one of the mls type listing services.

I put a listing together and just said I was in the process of filling the unit.
