The first speaker talked about real estate; he started with a long introduction about how he become rich from a college student with debt by investing in real estate-- the theme of the story: education makes you broke, and you have to get a financial education.

So keeping with the contractor payment theme, is there a specific contract used for the agreement?

Downtown is a good landing spot for wedding parties, corporate groups, families during the holidays, events, etc.

If you are trying to go for 4 or 5 people I would stop and consider if a general theme for the home would work so that the people living there have at least something in common.
