Hello I am new too Bigger Pockets and want to learn Commercial Real Estate Investing but I don't know how, I heard that this website can help with beginners.

Do you have go-to websites, podcasts, or groups you follow?

Our rates are generally closer to 10% depending on the plan you pick (you can search us and see our rates on our website - not trying to self promote) but that is for full service property management. 

@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.

We plan to keep them on a month to month lease but after a few months, have them sign a year lease and increase rent, however, we need help finding a GOOD app/website to get lease agreements/documents from or get a template so we can fill/add certain things we want.

There is a multi-unit property that I'm interested in purchasing and a USDA loan would be great but all the mortgage websites say that you cannot purchase any income-generating property.

I still hire a videographer though, I just use this website to complement the content I create for the home I have.AI in general has been on a crazy uprise.

I use Avail software and it will list your property on 10+ websites.
