There is something called a "wet wall" that the pipes go through behind the toilet and sink or wherever pipes are.

They completely wasted my time due to lack of knowledge and organization to my file; then changed their offer as if I had no other choice but to take it.

And, yes, there are years of data points to validate that just within my office, tens of thousands of dollars of wasted appraisal and inspection fees for deals (mostly not mine, thankfully) that had 0.00% of going anywhere but the "Loan Application Declined" bin. 

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

For me, if I wasted even half a day trying to find one rather than buying this one it just would not have made sense. 

Motivates tenants to conserve and not waste water.

Frame out the wall and use plywood for the siding.
