Congratulations to the new owners on scoring their dream vintage-vibe home!

As I've said here in the forums in the past, I was part of the Home Depot Seeds program once, and I got thousands of dollars of merchandise every month to write about it.

I rented out a tiny commercial space to some ladies that wanted to open a retail clothing store. 10 days after move in they had a falling out and one of them moved her portion of the merchandise out of the store the next day.

The intangible benefits you get is an education on the sewer line for that property specifically and of that vintage generally. 

To kick things off, here’s my story: I once opened a wall expecting to find the usual mess of old wiring, but instead, I found… a collection of vintage Pez dispensers!

I also buy vintage decor - old wooden canoes, bear rugs, fishing gear, etc.All of these things are found on Facebook Marketplace with some patience.

This is true for rent payments as well as any payment for service or merchandise.

I was expecting some vintage 5 panel.
