When you're dealing with the internet, there are just so many trolls and childish folks running around who will do their best to "harm" or hurt you in anyway they can when you do something as simple as disagree with them, or have a different view point from theirs. 

I am going to offer a slightly different viewpoint, and it might not be very popular.

I am really curious from your LP view point what that would be.Myself I have one partnership I put together with 6 investors for 6.1 million total cash raise.

I would have been interested in hearing his viewpoint on these numbers since he seemed to have some pretty strong opinions and was laughing himself silly because my numbers were so ridiculous.

Lots of good points out there, but hard for me to go back and pick out who said what . . .Some clarification from my view point:  I'm not really an 'investor' (maybe some day)  I had 1 SFH rental - more out of necessity, cuz I didn't want to sell at/near the bottom after having to buy (also out of necessity) at the top-top-very top!.

While they are legal from a building department view point, if there are complaints from neighbors about you renting it long term, it could create issues with zoning.  

From my viewpoint, a property manager should focus on making a profit from repairs and services.
