If it was a small strip of grass adjacent to your lawn that you could cut with a few passes of the lawn mower, not a big deal...something the size of a normal lot...big deal...unless you want to turn it into a veggie garden ;0

Might consider a farmer's market, weekly sales on Saturday for example, fruits, veggies, canned veggies that you probably don't carry in the C-store, it could be a complimentary business.
