To begin I have a few deals under my belt now, I began investing last year right around the time corona virus was hitting the headlines.

Then I got some great information by calling the listing agent directly without using a buyer's agent using a virus agent.

Also optimistic with moratoriums lifting and being able to move forward with foreclosure/evictions but court houses could definitely be backlogged in certain areas for some time.As for REO renovations, supply chain disruptions will have to cause some friction as emerging markets around the world become more vaccinated and can start to rebound from the virus, thus creating more competition for a limited amount of goods.So short term in my opinion: it's a bit more of the same.

Corona Virus still affecting major part of the world and real estate has it's own reaction to this epidemy.

Hey @Joshua Noth I agree, it’s definitely challenging to get into a networking group with this virus and then the veteran aspect but I’m trying to plug in and connect as best as possible.

Increased outbreaks of West Nile Virus have also been associated with the extreme drought tier.

Many people are taking advantage of working from home that combined with the virus has made people rethink their living situation.

WE have a sky-rocking debt as a result of the virus.  

Part of the increase in sales and prices reflects pent-up demand from the spring, when stay-at-home orders and fears of the virus all but froze the real estate market during what is typically its busiest season.
