I guess if the cash flow were compelling, the developers would’ve kept the units for themselves😂.I suggest buying locally(or more locally) and using real estate in the Caribbean for its primary purpose- kicking back and chilling out 🍸

Thank youCash flow is gonna be very difficult if not impossible in Frederick county, you might find some cash flow in Hagerstown, though the most housing stock is just utter **** inside the city, I’d look to buy like in halfway or something where at least the housing stock is decent.

It's sell, take the 100k profit, your at 360k in the bank, VTSAX or money market and chill for a bit, see how this market/economy thing plays out, rates have to come down no one can afford at these rates, then maybe look to refi and get the rate under 5%.Also something to think about.....
