They want a kitchen with all appliances and utensils, they want a washer/dryer, and they are happy to pay as much per week as a cheap local motel room

We do have a seating area with a table, plates, and utensils.

Guests tore up my Tramontina ceramic coated with steel utensils and the Henckels can take that abuse.I have been buying small soaps and shampoo's from Amazon.

Over a 3 month period, the chlorine caused the sink, the faucet, the stove burners, and all the metal utensils to become covered with surface rust. 

Or does furnished also mean all kitchen utensils, towels, TV?

I have had to deal with stolen food issues and use of others utensils.  

Although it is furnished, down to the utensils, I would not pay utilities, approve guests, provide coffee, snacks, or any other goods or services to him or his guests.

Unfortunately, I've positioned myself as the solution to all problems so I hear about all of it.This week alone I've had to deal with a tenant threatening to leave because another is eating his food, the same tenant having a girlfriend over and causing all kinds of issues, another tenant leaving a room key in a different city, roommates leaving all utensils in the sink, etc.
