With all my respect, most real estate agents have no clue what the laws are.

just scan MLS  listing agents have no clue as to timber value.buy land for cash log timber resell.. this works in most all areas that has marketable timber. land flipping.. 

My agent is still not able to get the seller disclosure, but hopefully that has some clues as well. 

I have no clue on the deals and the deep dive into these is above my pay grade.. but I can say that deals that subscribe in an hour or so .. then little to no due diligence is done  at least deep due diligence .. and its the herd mentality.and I can only harken back to Realty shares heydays with Nav Athwal.. 

The only place this would appear to make sense is in Class D neighborhoods which could cash flow.You have rights to income but nothing else - sounds like an unsecured note at the end of the day. nail on the head  very few in our generation really understand the whole token thing I tried reading a book on it and I still have no clue..

That was the case for me; I'm pretty sure the folks that first put the idea of investing into my head never had a clue!

The trust Wagner build in the calls and videos just broke down into pieces and now I have no clue on either of my properties or status.

The biggest clue is watching how they talk about other contractors or investors.

This is why when folks say everything is millions of dollar in Ca they just have no clue..
