What about a pound of hamburger?

If you set a goal to loose 20 pounds in a years but do nothing, is that really a goal?

The guy was over 300 pounds and had been drinking. 

Note i put forth effort in an attempt to maintain a leveraged position   With the recent rate hikes, my equity position has never been higher which i consider undesired (but teading 3% rates for over 6% rates is more undesired).  

Seems that I have landed myself in a penny wise, pound foolish situation by working with a group of careless corporate zombies at a big company. 

Don’t be penny wise and pound foolish.

They don't associate cheap with undesirable. 

Imagine what our grandparents paid for TVs relative to their income, for a 12" BW box inside a cabinet that weighed 300 pounds, especially in today dollars . .. . 

I have a saying, maybe I stole it from some other smart sage, can't remember, but: "An ounce of action is worth a pound of theory".

I would have told her to pound sand and/or gone after her legally.
