Also a new 1,000 megawatt gas turbine electric power plant starting construction this year which will by itself add 400-500 construction jobs to the economy over the next two years.   

Even Rawlins has a big boom due to the new wind turbines going in.

At that point you'd need to get into education process about crops, see if you can swing something to get in on anything that would be more beneficial financially like a USDA tobacco base etc (that's just a girl from a farming family talking who does this personally) or something like wind turbines.

Texas in general is a large economy, i believe Texas has one of the largest air turbine farms in the country. 

That means it should:  Have it's own exhaust vent through the roof, wall, or otherwise;  Be vented TO an existing roof vent, like a wind turbines or box vent (the 3-4" tube is tied up right to the bottom of the vent opening); or that same tube can be put over to the soffit vents to exhaust out. 

It is an area that is "in the path of progress" yes some areas are high crime and the winds are crazy there- that is why all the turbines are there.
