Most people think real estate investing requires huge capital, perfect credit, or bank loans—but that’s not always true.

Could it be considered piercing the corporate veil if the mortgage for the property is in your personal name but the deed is in the name of the LLC? 

Unfortunately, it cannot be used for a 2-4 family property, only single family properties. 

Many who are buying these properties have an expectation their properties should cash flow xyz per month without understanding the true operational costs because the true operational costs are dismissed by those advising them to make the purchases.

There's also plenty of lenders who falsely represent the true capital requirements to originate their loans or are merely up front fee collectors. 

Maintenance is one of the biggest challenges, maybe even #1, in the Property Management industry.Seems maintenance is, Never Fast Enough for Tenants, or Cheap Enough for Owners!
