It's probably something that rides on top of the inflation but not very likely to double or triple your initial investment opportunities for sure.

Have you looked into other commercial real estate asset classes like triple net leases? 

Individuals who bought real estate during a recession have seen their property values and cash flow nearly triple. #2 avoid sowing seeds of failure in the good times - Many investors fail due to investing in prosperous markets.

.: @James Hamlingyep - and when a tenant stops paying the whole thing implodes. cant think of a riskier investment  IE  counting on tenants for consistent cash flow.. at least if this is BCD class rentals might work with national tenants on triple net ..

These prices doubled during COVID and would probably triple if tariffs or shutdown with China.  

Potential capital calls are not beyond what investor can affordWhen investing in syndications, the investor must do TRIPLE analytical work if they want to do something other than “hope” investing.

So I always try to plan ahead, triple check my due diligence, and be VERY conservative with my underwriting.

If tariffs come into play, or any conflict those products become nonexistent and when we switch to a different country source, they will have tripled or quadrupled.

- Generally if you are getting triple net deals from big name brokers the deals are going to be overpriced.

Otherwise everyone paying double or triple would be an idiot.
