After industrial hemp was legalized in the 2018 US Farm Bill, hemp building has started to explode in the United States.Hemp is a long-lasting sustainable building material that sequesters 5 tons of CO2 per acre while growing and eliminates toxic landfill-packing petroleum-based waste on the building site. 

A resident told me that they were told not to worry....However, Lithium batteries are extremely toxic when they explode.....Thank you for your comments! 

We all only have so much time on this planet  so it is a personal choice how we spend it.

I remember the reports of the first cases coming out from Wuhan in December of 2019 ,and obviously since everyone knows there are only 4 comprehensive bio safety level four laboratories on the planet, Moscow, Paris, Fort Detrick-Maryland and of course Wuhan Institute of Virology, and given that there are over 100,000 small town with wet meat markets throughout China, one doesn't even have to ask the question "what are the odds?"

Currently most places operate in a grey area or require a simple permit (there are some toxic towns that we'd steer clear of).

There's a lot of toxic animosity floating around this thread and I'm trying to be the voice of reason.

If you are ever forced to sell, or you end up with toxic tenants you might be finished.

Some of their products have a toxic smell so you have to be wary of that, especially if you have animals around neither you nor them can be exposed to it.Meaning you might want to test paint a room and see if that solves your problem.Good Luck!
