Catrina McGhaw signed a lease to the home without worry until a family member told her to check out a cold case documentary about serial killers on the A&E Network.The documentary featured her house, the same house serial killer Maury Travis used as a torture chamber.McGhaw couldn't handle what she saw, so she called her landlord begging to get out of the lease.

These 2 duplexes have tenants in place so if we can get through this Bank torture the Duplexes should be easy to  manage as they are in excellent condition and need no renovation or repair and are only 11 and 13 years.  

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to a rental house only to hear the smoke detectors beeping like a Chinese water torture because the they're too lazy to change the batteries.

Given the facts and circumstances, why would you want to put yourself through that kind of torture?

I'll take one of my scrap pieces and give it a bit of a torture test. 

If you are more a numbers oriented person, then an accounting, finance, or even economics track might be ideal (and fyi these can be the most marketable and lucrative but if numbers or spreadsheets are torture, see below).If you are a more people-skills oriented person, think more about management, human resources, or maybe a marketing emphasis area in your BBA.Overall, I think it is a good investment as I bet you could find a job well in excess of your current pay with a BBA degree in much of the US (maybe even double or more!!!)....

To have that torturing them while Morris does his little sermon and dance number now about how it's all their fault and none of his own.

Instead I spent 2+ hours in a dust filled torture chamber.

I would not torture myself this way

It is like watching a prolonged torture scene in a movie.
