The gamble is that the outcome hinges upon the courts discretion and it’s rare to see specific performance unless buyer can demonstrate that monetary damages aren’t enough to make them whole.

I can feel that spark of excitement you’ve got.. it reminds me of the thrill I had when I first dove into real estate decades ago.

@LaTonya Clark “One  can’t tell but I do know part of me is willing to take a chance”…You make it sound as if real estate investing is no different than gambling….

Then the person is soured on gambling on real estate and not around here to answer questions.
