You could be below market to the "average" unit in the zip code but if you're in the glide path of the airport with jets are taking off every 5 minutes, the Taco Bell parking lot lights shine right in the windows, freeway exit is two houses away, a busy fire station is nearby with sirens all night long, etc then the price may still be too high.Are there any safety issues that could be helped with lights, cameras, etc?

Keep being great 👍 Just wanted to give a vote of confidence to Drew, he has created one of the best property management operations that I have ever seen.Like a commercial jet, he has “fall backs” for any “system failure” with multiple folks covering each roll just in case something is missed by someone.Incredible 🙏

A few reasons to replace would be tenant would be paying for heat, lower maintenance costs long term, and no risk of water damage when pipes give out.Good callouts on ceiling but luckily, i dont have any popcorn texturing, thank goodness.
