Hi Michael - they have stackable where the washer is top load and dryer is not (we have this now in all our units). all is one is not an option and takes hours to do one load (have you tried one, they are terrible)... and separate is also not an option because of space.

About 3 years ago she agreed to do a deal with me and we found the property and applied for the mortgage together and got to the inspection where a terrible problem was found with the foundation and that the walls of the building were significantly bowing.
