We would be at a disadvantage at both the purchase and annually with income taxes.I hope this is just a scare tactic and this does not pass.

Not looking for either a positive or negative NET population change.All topics and issues even in REI, I believe in using both Push/Pull tactics.  

So the added cashflow to property owners it they are willing to become the developer and increase density that tactic could help more owners stay than could otherwise afford to stay. 

I don't need to compete against other investors in my stomping grounds... lol LOL, come on there is room for every investor....follow the train lines has been my tactic.

However, there are tactics the tenant can use to cause delays.

In 30+ years we've been sued 1x (legal blackmail over a tenant's drunken trip/fall) which the insurance company settled for $1,500.00).We've been using some privacy tactics to keep our names off the county recorder and the target off our backs.Further, we review our insurance coverage and premium annually, just to keep on top of any changes.As with all insurance, it seems to be a waste of money... until you NEED it!

As I have said they can throw people out for negativity so you will unlikely get a true and honest review from anyone in a forum like this. these training companies just follow MLM tactics  ala Amway etc.. right down to the sell the product make money. its all the same marketing just the product is different.

That is a fear tactic used by people.
