I stumbled upon BP while watching a podcast on youtube.

So glad I stumbled into this thread. 

Many of the investors I talk with have themselves or know someone who has tried the Brrrr and ran into one of the many stumbles that this strategy has.  

I stumbled upon BP, asked dumb questions, received a lot of great (free) advice and help, and I now own 5 investment properties (2 of which are mid term) along with a current live in flip, continued success in my career and index fund investing, and hit financial independence at 41.

I ACCIDENTALLY stumbled upon new construction and got "stuck" with inventory that would NOT move when rates started to climb.

If you make six figures, then i'm guessing the only stumbling block is your credit score.
