There were a few small items we identified during the video walkthrough of the unoccupied unit that they agreed to address, but I found out after closing – by way of their “preferred” property manger - that a ton of work was needed.

I just go in at the first of every month and code each line item to the corresponding property and note what the expense was for (Repair, HOA Fee, Mortgage payment, etc).
