Not only are they horrible at communication, a stove was stolen from the property when the tenants who weren't paying rent moved out. 

We received this letter from Toledo LMHA Lucas County's Section 8 administrator.I don't know if they had a data breach and a bunch of landlord and client personal information was stolen or if they lost their server and backups.

And the new AC unit (seller put in) was stolen right before move in - thieves climbed a 7 foot fence.

I recently learned they are being sued because one property they managed one of the people touring it, trashed the place and stolen everything including light fixture/faucets.

Then we found out the furnace and hot water heater were stolen. 

People told us that the streets weren't safe at night, and I can confirm that because we had a trailer stolen from a parking lot overnight!

Why are you re-installing mechanicals on vacant properties - after they've been stolen?
