Are you aware of any local real estate investing meet ups in Abilene?

I am looking to wholesale my first property in the South Florida market since, I'm starting local.As a new wholesaler, I am looking to connect with investors/buyers/agents in the area to hopefully bring business to and get advice that I may not be aware of. 

Just be aware of the potential ramifications and market volatility.

Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of?

Just be aware this money will not be cheap for this deal, could be as much as 20% or greater. 

I've heard of the Red Stick group although I was not aware of their monthly meet ups thanks for the insight.

Rental is in MO unfortunately here but are you aware of anyone else who has similar products serving MO?  

We only allow 2 pet dogs.For ESA we use PetScreening.com and require any letter abide by AB468 and the medical provider that supplies the letter must state that they are aware of the requirements of AB468 and the consequences for providing ESA letters solely for a fee.We also charge an application fee.
