We removed it, and when with 2 propane heaters (one for the basement and one for the cabin).Some other things to think about:- Hammock- Bug spray- Boot tray for shoes- Snow shovels- Coffee and condiments for when they are snowed in and can't get out- Fly swatter for summer- If no internet service, then consider getting Starlink.

Our SRPD has no section in it which specifically asks if the seller has knowledge there was past fire damage (unlike for mold) to the property, however, the buyer's inspection revealed burned wood that had been sprayed in the attic.

The best system will include today, soaker hoses to water foundation, not just spray heads.If there is no sprinkler, I would think it is not easy or cheap to hire someone to water.

Bring a can of white spray paint with you if you feel the need to touch it up though unless you have exactly the same shade, it will leave marks.Evaluate each request on its own merit and decide if it needs to be done or if it can wait.
