If you grew fast and there are ones you want to sell, get rid of them.

Hey all,I have been listening to Bigger Pockets content for maybe 4 years and finally have removed myself from some side hustles, have the capital, and grew the...brains to start real estate investing.QUICK BIO:I am based in New Jersey, I work as a marketing/efficiency consultant, and have 2 avenues of real estate investing:Short-Term Rentals: I have 3 short-term rentals using my parents apts in NJ ( 1 of them just launched in Nov) for the past 2yrs near NYC (1 of them just launched in mid-Nov).

I grew up in Texas around the Houston area and loved it.

The market here feels like it’s on the verge of a shift—many investors who bought in the last few years may need to sell, which could open doors for those of us ready to take action.A little about me: I grew up in a working-class family where I started young, helping my father and uncle manage their properties and businesses.

I grew up there and still go back there just to vacation sometimes.  

I suspect this is mostly campaign rhetoric that was popular with the current anti immigrant xenophobia that grew out of the pandemic both here and internationally and won the election, but the governments ability to achieve any real change in the population of illegals in this country would be very out of character.   

I grew up north of San Francisco and moved out here to live and invest.

Now it grew into a larger problem.Much like others I am hearing about, hope you don't get the loan called due.

I suspect those guys grew to fast and it got out of control..
